What I will be doing:• Leading overall Search Operations team for Thailand and Vietnam site, responsible for overall project delivery & execution for all key pillars which includes R&T, Model Data, Evaluation & Investigation and E-Commerce.• Responsible to drive policy, process & strategy localization, continuously drive in house & BPO quality management, providing data analysis & insights along with policy recommendations to ensure productivity, quality & efficiency goals can be met.• Lead and manage resources in the team to accomplish operations and business goals by completing tasks as needed and maintaining the well-being of the team.• Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as central team, product, research & development teams to drive overall business/project performance.
QualificationsWhat I should bring with me:
Minimum Qualifications:•Minimum 3 years of people management experience.• Experience in designing and implementing strategic initiatives in the team, including post-implementation monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in RCA and project management is highly preferred.• Pay strong attention to details and the ability to work independently; possess good interpersonal skills;• Your ability to work in a high pace environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role and manage diverse stakeholders.• Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
